4.         Registration/Subscription

You will pay the applicable fee through cheque as and when it is due for payment. KI reserves the right to change the amount and applicable charges. In the event you have been billed inaccurately, you shall notify KI in writing within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the said bill.

 9.        User   Conduct and Obligations

13.       Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement or TOS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi.

14.       The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) are not answerable or liable to any person/entity for any acts of omission or commission, errors, mistakes and/or violation, which are actual / perceived by us or our affiliates/ agents / associates, of any of the rules, regulations and bye-laws of the said exchanges or any other laws in force from time to time.
